Standard Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities.
We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of our items across cities.
We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of receipt of order.
You can expect delivery of the products within 5-10 business days of placing your order.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

⦁ Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
⦁ Cozy Candle Corner takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
⦁ If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at cozycandlecorner2024@gmail.com. mentioning your order reference number and a video of the tampered package. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

⦁ All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
